The park is rich in pioneer history - many farmers crossed through this land on their way to California, in search of fertile soil for their crops. East Canyon State Park has its own area on the East Canyon Reservoir for beach access, swimming, kayaking, hiking trails and much more! This campsite is equipped with a pre-set sturdy canvas tent on it's own wooden deck platform. The tent is furnished with a queen-size memory foam mattress, side tables, and a propane tent heater. A picnic table, fire pit with a grill, and portable camp loo are also provided, and campers are able to use the park's restroom facilities as well. There is an additional pop up tent provided for extra guests, but you will have to bring your own air mattresses/sleeping pads for this tent. Keep in mind, all photos on this listing are of East Canyon State Park and are not necessarily right at your campsite. The roads are plowed, but snow-packed in the Winter and there are 'steep' grades. The master bedroom is on the top floor of Towrehouse with an open vaulted view of the pyramid ceiling. Exposed wooden beams highlight this 400 sq ft floor. The house if perfect for a couple. Main Cabin was built in 2007 and it located at the 8,000 foot level in the Wasatch Mountains near Park City, Utah. 220' of covered decking wraps around the entire cabin offering spectacular views. The deck has seating and tables for about 40 people. We have two 5 burner BBQ units on the deck. The main cabin has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main cabin sleeps 22 in beds. The main level guest room has a 55 inch television and a large walk in closet. The lower level contains a large family room with a 70 inch LG television and comfortable leather sectional seating. There is a beautiful view from the large windows, and an extra large hot tub outside on the patio. In addition, there are three more bedrooms on this level, all with their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed with a dressing table in the bathroom. Another bedroom contains two queen size beds, with a double vanity in the adjacent bathroom. The third lower level bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The en suite bathroom has double vanities, and the closet is extra large. There is a laundry room on both levels of the house. Promontory is located 15-20 minutes from downtown Park City and from three popular ski resorts. Promontory guests may enjoy the use of 30+ miles of trails, a soccer field, Mountain Garden Pond, Saddleback Lake, Luke Ridge Tubing Hill, bocce ball park, and shuttles to ski resorts.

Our mountain home is nestled In the mountains at 7000ft overlooking beautiful Park City. We are the last home at the top of a quiet road where you'll enjoy the picturesque retreat, perfect for unplugging. Just a short 10-15 min drive to the heart of Park City with all the 5 star restaurants, theaters, shopping and ski resorts you could want! It's common to see herds of Elk, Deer, Moose, fox, bald & golden eagles, with a look out the windows. Truly something for the whole family. Our cozy home has a great open concept with fully equipped kitchen, eat in kitchen table for 4+, pantry, dining room with room for 6, a large gas fireplace, televisions, 180 degree mountain views, granite throughout and high end mountain furnishings. On the main floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite & king bed and 2 twin bedrooms with a hall bathroom. Downstairs offers a kitchen, full bathroom with tub and laundry, living room with large couch and television and 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the other 2 rooms have twin beds. Port-a-crib located in the downstairs closet if needed. We are 35 miles (40 minutes) up I-80 from the Salt Lake City International Airport. 11 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 12 mi from Deer Valley Resort which still hails as World Renown and the best resort in the United States! We have wonderful, free public transportation for "in-town" areas near the ski resorts however they do not service our neighborhood so you will need a rental car, taxi or uber/lyft service to get to/from the house. We will leave a lists of local information about where to eat, where to visit, local free outdoor music concerts, etc to help you enjoy all Park City has to offer! They feature fresh fruits, vegetables as well as organic meats. The Chef’s selections will appease everyone from “foodies” and wine lovers, to vegetarian, health-conscious and gluten-free diets. You don’t have to leave the property to find fine dining at its best. There is tubing/sledding on property.
